One of 3DJ‘s best ever discoveries, and definitely in the very top rank of bands we’ve had on are Sheffield’s almighty BISON. They played a truly memorable show for our 9th Birthday in 2013. The very sad news is after 14 years of ska infused hoof stomping power they’re calling it a day. However they have had time to put out one last long player, the aptly titled “BEEEF“. In addition they’re doing a farewell show in their hometown on the 7th of December, it promises to be a right proper knees up, with support and DJs through the night. The Funkdub crew are heading over there and hope to send back a dispatch from the front. In the meantime do check out this 3DJ (& GK) favourite!
